To inform local residents about Portland, Oregon’s public transportation system’s new two new bus lines, TriMet offered a free ride-along event. We created direct mailers and digital invites for people living in nearby areas. The event was very successful with hundreds of people lining up to take the bus.
Results: Overall number of online RSVPs and actual attendance for both events significantly exceeded initial projections:
